Com.： ordinance 和regulations均被译为“条例”，区别在于ordinances 多指由自治市或其他地方立法机关所颁布的一种地方性法规(of municipal and other local legislative bodies)，其也称为bylaw或municipal ordinance；而regulations 则主要指由行政机构(executive agencies)所制定和颁布的规则。ordinarily prudent person一般理性之人(行为处世正常而不过度，也称为 reasonable person, reasonable man, prudent person, reasonably prudent person)
